WHERE DO ALL ILLUSTRATIONS COME FROM?
All illustrations you can see here were made by us using different techniques. Mainly they are hand drawn with pencil, pastel or oil and acrylic and digitally refinished.


DO THE COLORS OF THE ACTUAL PRINTS LOOK LIKE THE IMAGES I SEE ON MY COMPUTER?
To obtain the best results we use the best printing techniques and materials. We tried to represent the prints accurately online. However, since the colors you see depend on your device settings, we cannot guarantee an identical match between screen images and prints. Computer monitors can display colors differently one from each other and what you see on your screen might slightly vary from the print you receive.

Sure, we offer volume discounts to retail customers. In the store you will find some special offers prepackaged, but, if you need more discounts for bulk orders, please contact us.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 
Payments should be paid through PayPal. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to pay with credit card. Sorry, we don't accept cash or cheque.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Absolutely yes. We use PayPal, the most up-to-date security systems for handling online payments. We never store your credit card information on any of our computers.

DO YOU STORE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ME?
Yes, some. We respect your right to privacy and we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER? 
We will automatically send you an email after you’ve placed your order, which also serves as your order confirmation from our store. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PREPARE MY ORDER FOR SHIPPING? 
Because items are made-to-order, our current preparing time is 5-8 business days for prints on paper, smartphone cases, T-shirts and tote bags. This is actual working days and does not include weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday (also known as 'business days' or 'working days'), except holidays.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Prints on paper are shipped via regular post without tracking, which delivers to the european countries in 5 to 10 business days and everywhere else from 2 to 3 weeks. Smartphone cases, T-shirts and tote bags are shipped via carrier with tracking code, which delivers to USA and Canada in about 4 to 7 business days and to european countries and everywhere else from 2 to 3 weeks. These shipping times are simple estimates based on our experience and are only estimates. We can't guarantee delivery dates (as much as we would like to!). Delivery times, which vary greatly by location and various other delay factors (weather, etc...) are completely out of our control.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
If you are working on a deadline and you need your purchase in a hurry for a gift or a special occasion, please contact us before purchasing to discuss expediting your order and we will try our best to accommodate you at no extra charge (except any additional shipping fees).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take the greatest care when shipping items and they should get to you in perfect condition. For more information, please also check our Returns Policy.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
